(1) When consuming or selling the forest products of the recognized forest, only the forest products specified in the work plan can be consumed or sold.
(2) The pattawala should inform the district forest office every year about the type and quantity of forest produce planted in the forest.
(3) The pattawala should make an iron stake and register the stake in the district forest office. On that application, the district forest officer should register the name of the name so that the name of the name is not duplicated.
(4) While transporting the forest produce of Kabuliyati forest, the stamp as per sub-rule (3) should be applied and the district forest office should be informed in advance and taken from the checkpoints along the way.
